Far Western's first win in National League

 Far Western Football Club (Kailali) beat Jagadamba Lumbini Football Club (Rupandehi) by 4-0 to register first win in the ongoing Red Bull Natioanl League 2071 held at Dhangadi Kailali on Sunday.
Cedric Aba scored second hat-trick of the ongoing League as Kailali bagged maximum points in their third home match. Ananta Tamang opened the scoring for the winning side in the 40th minute.The first half was closely contested and Kailali went into the break leading the game by a goal. The second half started like the way first half ended as Kailali doubled the tally in the 49th minute. Foreign Recruit Cedric Aba scored in second successive match to put the home team two goals ahead. Aba was adjudged man of the match in previous encounter against Morang after winning the first point for his side with an equalizer.

Aba scored again in the 69th minute to double his personal tally in the match as Lumbini looked for a way back into the match. Far Western kept on attacking the Rupandehi post and Aba got his first hat-trick and League's second hat-trick with a goal in last minute of the regulation time. The win takes Far Western into the sixth position in the league table, just ahead of today's opponent on the basis of goal difference. Both the sides have managed 1 win and 1 draw in 5 matches to accumulate 4 points.
FWFC Manager Kiran Shrestha was delighted with the win and said the team is on a high. "We could not convert the scoring chances in previous matches but we played really well up front today. We are hoping to continue the run from here as the boys are motivated and the team has settled well.", ended Shrestha. Kailali will play APF in the next match of National League on 3rd Baisakh, 2072.
JLFC Manager Yam Prasad Gurung was disaapointed with the result and said lack of co-ordination cost them the match. "We failed to contain the FWFC attack and they came all over us in the second half.", Gurung ended.
